Josh Tolley – Founder & Chairman
Josh Tolley began his entrepreneurial career at 12 years old
and has never looked back. After starting a number of businesses in his teen
years, by the time he was in his early twenties he was already advising
business owners on how to grow their businesses.
Fast forward over thirty years and Josh has become a 3x #1 best-selling
author, nationally-syndicated talk show host, chairman of his holding company encompassing many industries and the founder of the first strategic growth agency, a ‘sports agency’ for businesses. With his experience in dozens of industries producing tens of million of dollars, he knew that most businesses doing under $200 million would benefit from having his team become their team. This ingenious creation has created an entirely new industry and really put a weight of accountability on coaches, consultants, and ‘marketing’ agencies who continue to fail their clients.
John Morgan – V.P. of Agent Development
After a career in law enforcement, John Morgan made the switch to businesses-to-business sales where he made a great career for himself. After rising through the ranks of one of the nation’s oldest and most distinguished oil companies, John was looking for his next advancement and that came at Purple Monkey Garage.
John oversees the recruitment of new sales members as well as business agents and assures that revenue expectations are met for the agency.
Jonathan Malthouse – Sr. Business Agent
Jonathan has advanced quickly in his career as the youngest Sr. Business Agent that Purple Monkey Garage has ever had. He credits his years of experience in high-end customer service for his rapid advancement inside PMG and now oversees a team of agents that are making positive changes for their business clients.
Rashad Shelton – Sr. Business Agent
Rashad started his career coming out of West Point Military Academy. After graduating from one of the top schools in the world, he quickly embarked on his career in financial services. After attending a seminar conducted by PMG founder, Josh Tolley, Rashad quickly realized that what he was taught regarding business and finance in school and from his career associated with a nationally knowing financial advising company was essentially all wrong, Rashad was ready to make the shift.
He now uses his business and military leadership experience as one of the Sr. Business Agents here at Purple Monkey Garage.
